It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service periodically. If you find them unacceptable or if you do not agree to them at any time, please do not access or use our Services.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ARE LEGALLY ABLE TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.

LawLess is not a law firm and does not provide any legal advice. Our Services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. If you need legal advice for your specific matter, or if your matter is too complex for our tools, you should consult with a licensed attorney. At no time is an attorney-client relationship or any other special relationship created between you and LawLess. Any information you provide to us is not protected by attorney-client privilege. You are and will be representing yourself in any matter you undertake using the Services.

We provide online tools and materials to help you prepare and manage your own immigration documents.The document templates and other materials available through the Services (the "Document Materials")are for informational purposes only. They are not legal advice and are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date. We do not review the Document Materials or any information you input for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, or apply the law to your specific situation. You understand that our Services are neither legal advice nor the practice of law.

User Accounts and Security

Certain parts of our Services require a User Account. You are responsible for all activity that happens on or through your User Account and for keeping your password confidential.You may not use another person's User Account. LawLess is not liable for any harm you incur as aresult of someone else's use of your User Account. However, you may be held liable for any harmLawLess incurs as a result of such unauthorized use.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to harm the Services or use them to harm others. You must not engage in any activity that, in our sole discretion:

• Is harmful, threatening, or harassing.
• Violates any law or regulation.
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your identity.
• Infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
• Circumvents or interferes with our security measures.
• Damages, disables, or overburdens the Services.
• Uses the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempts to reverse engineer our Services.

Changes to Services and Termination

We reserve the right to change the Services, stop providing features, or set usage limits at any time without prior notice. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason or no reason, with no liability of any kind. Upon termination, you will still be bound by these Terms. Any data, account history, and content may be deleted, altered, or moved at our discretion. LawLess does not guarantee any value, cash or otherwise, for any data on our servers.

User Content

Some parts of the Services may allow you to post content ("User Content"). You retain ownership ofyour User Content. You agree not to post any User Content that:

• May create a risk of harm or loss.
• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or defamatory.
• Violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• You know is incorrect or out of date.

LawLess assumes no responsibility and no liability for any User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You understand that we are acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution of User Content. By posting User Content, you grant LawLess a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and process your User Content as necessary to provide the Services.

Refund and Payment Policy

Certain Services may require payment. If you choose to use paid Services, you agree to the applicable terms of sale, pricing, and billing policies. LawLess may amend fees and charges at any time.

While LawLess generally does not offer refunds for a User's cancellation, we may, at our sole discretion,provide a refund under specific circumstances, such as a promotional guarantee or a documented technical issue. Any refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis. LawLess's determination of a refund is final.

Important: You understand and agree that our services are for document preparation and informational purposes. The outcome of any government application process is beyond our control.Our services do not guarantee a successful result. Any refund offered under a promotional guarantee is a specific exception to our general policy and is not an admission of liability or a guarantee of a successful application outcome.

No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LAWLESS AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT IS ACCURATE, RELIABLE OR CORRECT; THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE.

ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAWLESS OR ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT ARISE FROM OR RELATE TO THE SERVICES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL LAWLESS BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR USER ACCOUNT.

LawLess explicitly disclaims any and all liability for any disclosure of information that may be deemed confidential by you or any third party.

Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU AND LAWLESS TO RESOLVE CERTAIN DISPUTES AND CLAIMS THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS.

• No Class or Representative Actions. You and LawLess agree that any dispute or claim between us is personal to you and LawLess and will be resolved solely through individual action. It will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding.
• Governing Law and Venue. Any dispute arising from these Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the state or federal courts of California. You consent to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
• Right to Refuse Service. You acknowledge that LawLess reserves the right to refuseservice to anyone and to cancel a user's access at any time.
